Title: Build a dartboard?
Post by: Sshado on April 07, 2005, 08:45:00 am
I want to build a dartboard like the Galaxy II.  Is this possible?  I have built three M.A.M.E. machines with no problems, but not sure if it is possible to build a dartboard.

Anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing it?  I can't find the Galaxy II for less than $2895 which is why I want to build one.

I like the 15" monitor and all the different games you can play on it.

Coin op dartboards are A LOT cheaper used at an auction. I bought an English Mark Darts with the 9" monitor for $25 a few years back.

I'm trying to do this same project. I have an old cheap electronic dart board that I'm in the process of hacking to interface with my PC. From there it's just a matter of writting some software to score the games. Maybe I can find something online that will work?

Anyhow here's a post of mine were we are trying to hash out the wiring necessary
