Title: Need help what to do..(I've got the materials)

Hi.  I have an rgb capable tv, video card (built in and/or agp ).  I know how to use advcfg and advv but I don't know how to connect the agp to the rgb connector.  Do I need to watch out for voltage incompatibilities or  anything technical before I do anything to connect it? A link to a tutorial would be great! Thanks.
