OK, I'm using the alternate version of .72 MAME that runs the 96in1 rom. When I run it the 96in1 comes up with CRC errors in the validity check for the 2 menu bin files. Doesn't affect gaming at all but it is annoying to see that screen and .72 doesn't have the skipvaliditycheck in yet. Is anyone aware of a later version of MAME that has added the 96in1 driver so I can turn off the crc check? Or is there anybody out there who is a programming guru that can create a script file that will start MAME and then press a key automatically when that dang screen pops up?

I *think* MisfitMame does the 96 in 1.

Unfortunately the latest version based on .95 does not, disabled the majority of the multi roms. :'(

If I remember correctly, when I spoke with Tinker late last night, he said he got a bunch of the multi-games working. Don't quote me on that though.

Having never heard of MisfitMame before now, I have some questions. Primarily, did (will) it support the Multi Williams jamma style sets?
I have a MW in my future, and this might be worth looking into ;)
Thanks!

Thanks for the updat TGoB. I have a question for you concerning earlier versions of misfit and the multi10-15 roms. When I exit the game using the reset (right ctrl) the game locks up and I have to Escape out of MAME, is that normal or is there something screwy with my system? I didn't see anything about that in any of the text files included with the build.

To be honest, its been a long time since I've touched any version of MAME and even longer since I've played with MiSFiT (outside of its source code). I hope to be getting back into it soon though.

Multi Games are currently being worked on. There may be some progress over the weekend. Right now I'm playing around with "96 in 1" ( still has some address map issues) and "Fourplay"
You can alway check MiSFiTMAME INFO Page www.tinkerz.com/misfitmame (http://www.tinkerz.com/misfitmame) for progress.
