Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing an arcadepot.com cocktail kit with the 11 inch control panel sides. The sides are currently set up similar to the whammocade cocktail. Here is a pic:

Would you guys do anything different? Any suggestions?
If I should decide to change them, would anyone want to purchase these panels?
Also, anyone know what Happs part number this coin door is?

Thanks for the help!

First thing I would change is the button layout, it's really bad. And then the third long panel with the joystick on the wrong sides of the buttons? Unless someone is a lefty, not the best layout either
You need to decide how many games out there require a trackball on a vertically oriented game, if you are a Centipede fiend then yes, you need it, otherwise maybe consider leaving it off and laying the buttons out better.

Actually the panels will be reversed when mounted. Not the best picture.
The third control panel has 2 "Street Fighter" style setups (1 joy + 6 buttons) and then a 4 way and a spinner in the middle.
The other two are setup similar to the world famous Whammocade -- check the link --> (http://web.tampabay.rr.com/whammoed/whammocade/whammocade.htm)

I don't think that is a Happ coin door. Maybe Williams?
-
Yup thats a williams coin door , looks like my moon patrol door, why do you need the part number i have parts or the whole door if you need it.

Just curious. I was gonna check the price of a brand new replacement, in case I am not happy with the way this one looks installed.
Is there a Happ coin door that has the same measurements?
So do you guys think I should keep the control panels laid out as is or try something else?
