Title: Using High Voltage probe
Post by: menace on March 30, 2005, 07:52:33 am
Just got my B&K Hv-32 probe off ebay (not bad for 6$) and was wondering if there were any cautions or tips from the pros here on its useage.  My understanding is that the lead clips to the monitor frame and the needle slides under the anode cup and voila--reading time--correct?

Yes, that is correct. Make sure the alligator clip is securely connected to the monitor metal frame or ground strap.
