Title: Volume control
Post by: southpaw13 on March 27, 2005, 08:53:26 pm
Maybe this has been discussed, but is it possible to set up microswitch buttons to handle Windows volume up and down.  Sort of like hot keys?  I am using IPAC as my decoder...

Thanks,
Southpaw

SouthPaw13,

The only way I've found to do this is to use a specific SB Live card that has a volume control header on the card.

I use VolumeTray. It is free, and you can bind keys to volume up/down for your entire Windows System.

Note of course that mame also can bind keys for this purpose.

You can't beat free!
