hello all, well im selling my jrok,ntsc/rgb converter it's brand new tested it and worked great, selling it because im going to try and buy a 25 inch monitor(arcade) asking $75 , thanks all!

I've got an old NTSC->RGB convertor from a Mach 3 that I modified to work with negative sync, been sitting around in a pile of "one of these days" stuff for when I get a cab with a nice sized monitor.

Might have to snag a few more of those things (generally $10 or less) and start up a business. ;)

You got it backwards.  It converts the RGB TO NTSC, not the other way around.
