I did a quick search here for 'broken roms' and am
looking for a utililty to compare my latest version of mame
against my roms, so I can pull out any that aren't working.
I found a posting that Emuloader can do this?
Are there any other stand alone utils that can detect (and maybe
even report back) which roms would be broken?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here...
I'm not getting the results I'm looking for.
I have the latest dat file for my version of mame,
CLRMame scans through the games okay,
but in the HAVE LIST, it lists all the roms I have -
whether they have the correct files in the .zip file or not.
(I even purposly sabotaged one of my .zip files to see
if it would detect differrently. Even though I couldnt play
it, CLRMame detected it as a rom I had installed)
Is there a way that I can get a list of Which roms I have
that aren't working, or do I have to work my way
through a complete log of every single Mame game to see
which ones I have and if in fact it is working?
I guess I need a little advice here.
I read through the link above for instructions,
but I only want to perform this one task so I know which
Rom files to delete off my system. I dont care about
games I dont have....
