I doubt it will run very well on that machine.  Before I upgraded my cab, I tried running it on a Duron 1.2 w/ 640mb PC133 SDRAM and an AVGA 9200 card and it ran pretty lousy - not really playable.  Upgraded to a Sempron 2400 with 512mb DDR (still with the AVGA 9200) and it runs smooth and looks pretty good at 800x600, though I get the feeling there's still a little room for improvement in framerate, and there are some graphics settings that aren't cranked up all the way.

A PC monitor would normally be set at a higher resolution than an Arcade monitor.  It would require a more powerful video card to run at the higher resolution.  Unlike MAME, ZiNc can take advantage of a 3D card, which (I think) is one of the things that make it run these games faster than MAME.

Does 1.7 ghz Intel Celeron processor works well as compared with INTEL MMX or AMD ATHLON of same speed.

BTW! for Video card I think any chipset will work fine.
