Have you scrambled your yolk?  You may need a wire whisk.

Or did you mean 'yoke?'

Steering Yoke vs Egg Yolk....

Why do I now have an image in my brain of the Sweedish Chef and Beaker working on a monitor....

To the original poster: Need details.. Assume you are replacing the yoke and have to reconverge.  Google for "Reconverge" or "arcade monitor convergence" and check Randy Fromm's site. Also check the SCI.ELECTRONCS FAQ

Actually you could download the Electrohome G07 or Wells-Gardner k7000 manuals as they should how to do the yoke and the convergence rings.
