Title: Coin Door/Mech questions

Hello all.  I'm finally about to get underway with my first cab, and I have a question about the last couple parts I'm ordering, namely a 4 player coin door w/mechs.  I've done a bit of forum searching and haven't seen these questions answered (or answered clearly enough for me), and would appreciate the help!

I've seen Happ's 4-player coin door (the over/under model), and I know I need to buy the coin collection bin separately, but does the four player door come WITH mechs or without?  The website says "fitted with," but in the past, I've found that can mean "comes complete with" or "this is the kind that will fit.  Buy some!"

If it does come with mechs, it only says "$.25 mechs."  Will those be adaptable for tokens?  I want this to be a functional coin door setup, but not if I have to bilk my friends for actual money;  I'd purchase the token coin mechs.  Is there a way to modify them to accept tokens?

If you couldn't find the thread on modding coin mechs you weren't looking very hard. ;)

No problem. As to the other part of your question, I've never bought a new coin door so I don't know what they do and don't come with. You should really shop around, you can get them much cheaper used.

I'd agree theyre way cheaper on ebay and usually come with mechs. some of the ones on happs don't come with them unfortunatley.

Unless your like me and like having everything new.

I dont understand why someone would respond like this , just help the guy out   or dont respond.   :angel:
