Actually the seller is the winner, because he just probably saved himself massive $25 per tube hazzardous material fees from the local dump! (At least in my area)
We're only allowed to throw out one CRT (TV or Computer monitor) a year per *household* without charge. Make my hoard of 40 some monitors and tv's and tubes look rather costly :( But I just can't bring myself to throw what I know I will eventually need to replace a busted or burned in or shorted tube!

Minneapolis has a free service to dispose that stuff. Set it by the curb, the recycler picks it up. No paperwork, no limit, no nothing.

I have chucked tons of tubes in the dumpster,where they just dissapear!!!
