Title: Versa-Ball with a J-Stick?
Post by: NoBonus on March 14, 2005, 07:30:20 pm
Will a GGG Versa stick work with an Ultimarc J-Stick?

I don't think it would work without machining.  Isn't the J-Stick threaded on the bottom and smaller in diameter?

I am unsure of the diameter. I know the Versa Ball is 10mm, but I do not know the diameter of the J-Stick.  The thread on the bottom of the J-Stick should be replicated with the multiple threads on the Versa Ball.

It might fit an ultimarc T-Stick.  It is supposed to be able to fit a Happ competition and I was able to get a shaft from a competition to fit an Ultimarc T-Stick.  I don't think it would fit a J-Stick though, but I'm not sure.

Is there an easy way to accurately measure diameter?

With a quick measure, I get 12mm, but that may not be accurate (I eyeballed it).
