im lovin the artwork snaake wanna do something similar with my cab loved final fight and  streetfighter series and am thinking of a capcom related theme.

That looks great.

You build many of these, you need to figure out how to get rid of those screws.  Have you tried just holding the plexi down with the buttons?  I don't have a solution, but man those are killing me on the nice clean panel you've got!

I agree it looks top!

If you didn't have the screws though dust might get under the acrylic at the edges. Perhaps black coated (jappaned) screws would fit in with the colour scheme.

the t-molding prevents dust from getting under the Plexi.  I agree that the screws have got to go, maybe use black carriage bolts if the buttons can't secure the plexi by themselves.

I think that black countersunk hex head bolts would be good in a case like this. You can get ones that are quite small, and they wouldnt stick up over the plexi if you did the countersinking to the right depth.

You would need a nut underneith, which may be a problem depending on how its held shut.
