I'm working on a Starwars Themed Bartop Machine. It's going pretty slow, as I only have about 1 day a week that I can work on it. I've built a control panel before, but this is my first time building any sort of cabinet at all.

Looks great so far! I'd throw some pinball flippers on there though! :)

What's Mod Podge? I also have some color printouts that I attached using rubber cement to my control panel (b/c I don't have $40-$50 for a vinyl cpo cover). There is a slight edge where the paper is attached to the contact paper. I've been wondering if I should use some spray clearcoat automotive stuff a la spystyle or what. It looks good enough for me so far and no peeling yet, so I'm just casually inquiring. Thanks in advance for any info.

Mod Podge is sort of an acrylic clear that is mostly used for craft type of projects. You can pick it up at Michaels or any other craft type of store. They have several types of Mod Podge, the one with the green label is for use with paper. There is a link to their website http://www.plaidonline.com/apMP.asp

Thanks a lot for the quick reply and the link. I think I've used that stuff before. Also, we have a craft store going out of business (Wal-Mart encroachment) and is having a big sale, so maybe they have some left. I'll check it out after work today. Thanks again.
