So that's it. I must officially be the last person on Earth that does not (or has ever), owned a mobile phone.

What type of phone is it?
For most phones, I beleive you need to pay for web access to get to the WAP sites where you can download new games. Some games are free to download, other require a fee.
Some phone that have a data cable option or IRDA (infrared) port allow you to download games from a PC.
I have a Nokia 6800 which has the IRDA port so I can download to it from my laptop. It will run most MIDP java games. The 6800 even has a tiny joystick on it! I have found a decent version of pacman and a really bad version of asteroids.

eeMame (http://www.harmonicode.com/EEMame/)
Perfect for people with Nokia phones running the Symbian S60 operating system (N-Gage, 3650, 6600, 7650) also works with some other phones.
I helped the author develop Micro-EEMame, which will run on lower spec phones (like my wife's 3650) by reducing the amount of supported games to a handful of CPUs.

Go here to find out WHATEVER you want to find out about your phone. I have a Moto, and can add piles and piles of free stuff - you just need to know where to go.

Pick your carrier or phone type. To mod your phone, pick phone type, to get more specific or find out some other stuff, THEN go to your carrier.

Might as well lock this thread, Hofo is the only place to go for this.

Thank you, sir, and thanks for your playability list, as well. I was teetering on the edge of upgrading to an N-gage, now I'm decided!

You don't own the phone. The phone owns YOU! ::)
