My konami cabinet came with a working power supply and isolation transformer they look pretty old but function. Was wondering if I should replace them they look like there at least ten years old. There are fuses attached that look worn but not broken as well do these need to be replaced or all my questions just paranoia and i should just wait till something breaks and than fix it?l did get zapped last night for the first time and no it wasn't my monitor that zapped me it was the marquee light switch and made me think maybe i should invest in replacement of these items.

Obviously replace any frayed, worn wiring. Fuses are cheap, and easily replaced so you might as well take care of them, too.
As for using the original power supply, I'm still using my Defender power supply, and it's about 25 years old. As long as the thing is clean, and the wiring is in good shape, I'd say use it.
Doubt that the power supply is the reason your switch zapped you.

There's no reason to replace the isolation transformer or power supply unless they've been underwater (like in a flood) or poorly stored where moisture has heavily rusted the transformer frame.
