Title: *Got It* How the !#@$% do you put the anode cap back on?

I've been screwing around with this darn thing for hours.

As long as you have the wire clipped properly to the tube I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's also possible though that you have inadvertantly pushed the anode wire through the cup a little bit, try pulling the wire back through the cup a little and see if that helps get it to sit a little tighter.
