Title: should i sell or not?
Post by: caffinefiend on March 09, 2005, 09:24:45 pm: I've been thinking about selling my slim ps2 for a while now. I've even posted a thread once but changed my mind. Once again I'm contemplating this. I've got a ton of roms on my mame machine now for classic consoles as well and some retrocons hooked up and everything...i'm finding myself playing it less and less and the money would be nice...i've got a ton of stuff with it and 7 new and some rare games....steering wheel, 2 controllers, mem cards the works, even the box and manuals and all that good stuff...

I'm not sure if I should sell it or not, i see someone getting 130 for one on ebay for just the system, even if I make just 300, that'd be nice. I dunno...

think I should sell or not?

ps1- bushido blade 2 and the rare x-com: ufo defense

ps1 memory card, ps2 mem card, both official

2 official dual shock 2 controllers

logitech nascar wheel and pedals with box (works great with gt4)
i also have a demo disk or two somewhere in my room...

oh and i have the guidebook to go along with x-com

everything has original cases except the two ps1 games

all in working order, i think i also have the plastic packaging the controllers came in

I'm hoping to get maybe 300 for it all...since xcom is 50 bucks in itself, fight night round 2, the system say 100 for that so thats up to 300 already, not counting the component cables are 30 bucks and the 50 dollar wheel and of course gran turismo 4 is 50 bucks, so is shadow of rome... all boxes and all and manuals for everything.

anyway, were you interested?

if someone decides to buy it for 350 i'd throw in a preordered timesplitters 3 when I get it, it's fully paid for i just have to pick it up on release day and the ultimate codes gran turismo disk is being shipped here as soon as it comes out so you can unlock al lthe cars in the game...
