Howdy,
I've been using an ArcadeVGA in my cab running win2k for about 2 years now. I'm thinking of upgrading to XP do decrease my boot time. My cabinet is extremely stable, but the boot time is driving me crazy so I'd like to go to XP.
Are there any real ArcadeVGA reasons/complications why I shouldn't upgrade to XP that anyone knows of?
Thanks,

Just be weary taht XP may try to "upgrade" your AVGA drivers with generic radeon drivers.
And remember, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. A clean install is always recommended over an upgrade, but even so, you're wasting a whole lot of time, money, and potential effort to gain a few seconds each time your cab boots. Personally, I'd stick with 2K and be done with it.
