Title: Photoshop circle measurement question
Post by: RoboG2 on March 05, 2005, 01:48:49 pm
How can you make a 1.125" (1 1/8 in) circle in photoshop and place the center in the exact place you want it?  Even with the grid or guides it seems impossible.  Thanks.

The easiest thing to do is:

1. Make a new layer
2. using the guide lines, make a 1 1/8" square
3. Use the eliptical selection tool to make a circle snapping to the guidelines while pressing shift to constrain for a perfect circle.
4. Fill the circle.
5. Duplicate the layer as needed.

Hope that helps.
