If i use mame32 with mamewah or any other good frontend,Does it sounds well and work properly with an arcademonitor.

dunno if MAME32 supports Arcade Monitor unless you get a AVGA card. If you gonna use a FE, why not ditch MAME32 and use another MAME ?
MAME32 is a MAME w/Built in F.E thats all it is.

You can use MAME32 with AtomicFe , or MameWah (i think). But the fact to use it with a Front End does not mean it works directly on a arcadeMonitor. For that you need to have an ArcadeVGA or use a tool like powerstrip.
As says Thenasty , if you use a Front End , it is better to use a MAME command line version even if MAME32 would work.

using a front end with mame32 kinda defeats the purpose really. use windows mame and learn to setup your setting via the mame.ini file.
