In another thread someone mentioned how ANOTHER (unnamed) emulator runs horizontal games that aren't cocktail on vertical cocktails by splitting the display and having one display face each player.
I know one of you programming wizards could implement this. Unless I am way off base as to how Mame works I am thinking it could be done very easily.

You mean split the screen and display the same image on both side but one flipped?
It would be interresting for simultanous 2 players game on a coktail.
I think i could do that. If nobody try before me , i will try when i will have time. Unfortunaly i'm very busy now. Too much to do. :-[

Yes, exactly that.

In fact... you should buy an UltracRade Coktail table...

In fact... you should by an UltracRade Coktail table... I just read it does that!
"cRade" means... "Dirty" in slang's French...

You mean kinda like how tetris cocktail works but for horizontal games.
It might be possible to look at the pc10 driver. see if there si a way to do what they did there but mirror the game screen instead of showing a menu :)

or the Mega-Tech driver.

Paige, that is a great request. I had never heard or thought of this before. sucks that such a cool thing gets to be on such a crappy product like UltracRade (dirty- I like that Youki)
I for one would like to see this happen.

if it never gets done, you can always mount 2 monitors (14") and just use a video splitter for it. Or 2 of this 5" Arcade monitor I just read somewhere in Buy/Sell or was it Greed-Bay ?
