Post by: smashtv on March 01, 2005, 06:01:13 pm
a newbie question for ya. i hacked my trackball to a mouse and the happ trackball rollers are set at 45 degrees off of how the mouse is when the trackball is centered. any suggestions on how to adjust this besides installing the trackball off center?

thanks, steve

Are you sure you mounted it right?
It sounds like you have the trackball turned 45 degrees.
There is a marking on it that says "Monitor", and has an arrow on it.

The optic cards on the trackball should be parallel, and perpendicular to the monitor.

Here's a picture of the proper orientation for it.
