I don't use one myself, but check out Hantarex:

They make a wide range of arcade monitors, including multiple resoluton options, and they are based in the UK.

Some UK links to try that might carry monitors
http://www.arcadewarehouse.com/
http://www.coin.demon.co.uk/
http://www.arcadeheaven.co.uk/
http://www.arcadeuk.com/
To be honest, i didn't get much of a response from any of these sites when trying to source a replacement for my monitor, including hanterex, who didn't even bother to mail me back. If theres no rush i would suggest watching the coin-op section on ebay, monitors of all sizes come up every so often. As for prices, i got a used one in great condition for less than 20 quid from ebay :)

happs have a uk office and sell a range of arcade monitors. suggest you call them and get quotes as no UK prices displayed on their website.
PHONE: +44 1843 871 100
expect the GBP price to be significantly more than prices you might have seen on their US website - probably due to shipping and import duty
i've also seen some pretty good deals come up on ebay.co.uk now and again.
i got my monitor from hantarex it was on their special offers webpage

Have managed to source a replacement refurbished 25" unit and am paying
