Working on the artwork design for my cab now and want to try to call it something original.

Working on a gothic/horror theme.

Has anyone used the name DARKade yet?.

You could do a "The Crow" theme.  CrowCade..  I always liked that movie... I have to watch it again sometime.

Yeh. The design brief I have done for the background is to model everything in a noir cartoon style with Gotham City, The Crow, Vampire Flicks as a kind of style guide.

I'm hoping make a suitable gothic style font for the DARKade and MAME logo's.

Its all drawing board at the mo.

A friend of mine who is an absolute magician with photoshop is going to help me out with the technical bits. Will post some pics once I actually get some stuff into photoshop, hopefully sometime next week.

Thought I would break the mould slightly and go with KADE rather than CADE (like it makes a difference  ;D).

Still playing with a few names though.

Sinister, Gothyk, and Dark Classics were some of the other considerations.

I did think about Ultracade but I checked around and I think someone's already used that somewhere  :P

You could use House of the Dead-style artwork and do "Arcade of the Dead"... do zombies wearing Atari and Pac-Man T-shirts...
