Title: Midway cabinet marquee width?

Just bought a MK 1 marquee from arcadegamez. Problem is the seller says it's an original MK 1 marquee not a copy but it measures 28" X 9". The plans I have for MK1 cab calls for a marquee shorter than this. Can anyone help? Does anyone have an original they can measure?

C'mon folks someone must have a Midway cab or at least have the marquee to measure. Anyone?

The real marquee should be exactly 7.75x25.  That place lied to you man.
