Ive looked all over the net and they all seem to be the same thing! Companies trying to sell their $15 USD fans! I can't find some simple blue LED fans for a decent price in Canada. If anyone knows of any cheap cheap cheap blue LED fans that are in Canada or available to Canada for low shipping, please tell me.
80mm
4 Blue LED
12v power with crossover
You know, the basic computer case fans. Try to get a price under $5 - $6 each. I plan to buy around 5 of them, so the cheaper the better.

Try Jameco (www.jameco.com) number 75361CX fan $5.95 or try All Electronics (www.allelectronics.com) number CF-197 fan $3.75

I just requested a Jameco catalog to check things out. Im mostly looking for blue LED fans though.

Simple 4led blue fans (80mm) start at 3 bux. I'm not sure if they ship to Canada though...

Im guessing that means no shipping to Canada, heh. sorry about that.

Ordinarilly I'd say newegg.com, but they don't ship to Canada. What I can't get from Newegg I get from Directron, and they do ship to Canada.

I like Newegg for a lot of things, but not fans. The shipping charges really kill the deal. Usually $4 or $5 per fan.

its not bad on mass hardware purchases, but when its a few fans, or a single mousepad.. it kinda kills the deal..
Mail order is rarely an efficient way to buy any small, inexpensive items. I could buy a single pack of resistors from Mouser for 50 cents, half of what it would be from Radio Shack, but it'll cost $6.00 to ship it.

I think Im gettin case-mod fans. They look nice and cheap. Im still looking on eBay though :) ... unless someone finds them cheaper.

This is true. My point was Newegg won't combine. If the shipping price of the fan you are buying is $4, and you buy 5 of them, Newegg will charge you $20 to ship them.

This is true.

Newegg costs too much anyways, theyre automatically out. Im looking for a smaller type place that doesnt charge huge overages :P Newegg: $4.50 (good) shipping $4.99 (bad), whereas I can do this:
5x Blue LED fan @ 3.49 = 17.45
Shipping to Canada = $9.90
Im still looking though, now Im searching Canadian suppliers.

I use nexfan.

flat shipping rate, I get a bunch at a time. They have some other goodies too.

I emailed them about Canadian Orders, so Ill see how it works out. Try to find somewhere in Canada though because if an order is like $20 from the states, it tends to be $40 coming out of my account. Shipping and Borders and conversion rates are crazy!
