competition or super? thanks

Super.
Competitions have a square actuator.. so you can definitely feel the corners. The Supers are very smooth.

im thinking buying a super, is it feel as smooth as the joystick at arcade.. and i also noticed theyre alot lighter than my comp joystick..

The machines in the arcades used different joysticks depending on the type of game the cabinet was housing.. Or, depending on what joysticks (in some cases) the operators had when they were adding a new game.
So.. You can find Competitions in the arcade, as well as supers, as well as Ultimates.. Amongst others.

Yeap. Among the others are "leaf" spring joysticks which are my favorite. They feel much smoother than microswitch ones (at least to me), but are harder to find.
