Title: WTB SNK Rotary Base pin and encoder?

I'm looking for parts circled in red and yellow in this picture.  I'm really interested in the pin that holds the encoder while rotating the joystick.  I haven't hooked them up yet but I'm guessing this encoder is not going to work properly the way those wires are glued in there.  :P

I hate to buy brand new or buy whole parts for big $$$ when all I need are these pieces.  If anyone has some handy/extra I will gladly buy them off of ya.  Thanks.
