Title: Spinners - reverse direction in Mame?
Post by: Dougmeister on February 18, 2005, 03:38:38 pm
Using command-line Mame and Mame32, is there a global setting to reverse the mouse direction?

Have a home-grown spinner (thanks to TheNasty!), and it works great, but I had to go in and manually change the analog controls for it to work properly.  I don't play many spinner games (Arkanoid, and a few racing games, maybe I'll try Tron and Commando...), so it's not that big of a deal to go into each one.

Thanks.

I'd swap some wires around.

The way to fix that would be to put the board upside-down.  Right now, it sees right as left, so if you flip it, it will see right as right.  If worst comes to worst, desolder the detector and wire them to a small piece of wood if you do not have enough room to flip the whole board.
