Title: TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Monitor Issue
Post by: bluemanop on February 18, 2005, 12:30:55 am: My friend actually came across a TNMT 4 player machine today. The machine was in good functional order for 150 bucks. I did have a joystick with a minor connection contact problem (I was able to fix this) but the monitor was another story. Although very sharp and bright it has a few vertical dark shadows on the left side of the screen. These vertical marks tend to be a little less visible when the machine is a little bit warmer.

Could this be from a bad cap or is this just a yoke adjustment situation? Anyone have any ideas?

Post by: Ken Layton on February 23, 2005, 09:41:36 am: Dedicated Ninja Turtle machines came with a Wells-Gardner 25k7191 monitor. It's not a yoke problem, but remember that this monitor is at least 13 years old. You need a capkit for that monitor for sure.
