Title: Sb16 ISA Sound Card ?required help

I am using Dmame with arcadeOs,there is no ISA slot in my pentium 3 board.Is there a way to put an SB16 sound card in PCI slot?or some thing else.
i just want to configure sound settings in arcadeos.

There is a SB16PCI, but it's not a "real"  SB16.  My understanding is that the cheap CompUSA-brand PCI soundcard based on the ALS chipset will work fine.

If you get it, you'll need the DOS drivers at http://vsynchmame.mameworld.net/als4kdos/ instead of the ones that come with it.

BTW this USA brand is not available here in my country,and i cant afford any shipping cost.
Is there any other solution to attach a cheap SB16 ISA sound card to PCI slots.
What is the only solution to set a sound card in DOS.
any help will be greatly appriciated.
