The ArcadePC has been on sale for years, and they ship with a CD that has LICENCED capcom roms, they're all legal.

bah , if i got one the first thing i would do is wipe the HD and re-install with all my own roms ( err , after making copies of the cap com stuff of course hehe ) ... but at that price i would never buy it.

Then again, buying a gun isn't illegal either. It just depends what you decide to do with it. ;)

They're encrypted with specialized hardware.
