Title: Where to find 1 player control panels minus controls?
Post by: Magnet_Eye on February 14, 2005, 10:53:52 pm: Hey, I can't find the link..there used to be some place that sold 1 player desktop type CP's....one was a store somewhere (something octane?), also I think a member was building and selling them for $20-25 as well.

Anyone have a link?

just wanting to drop in some controls, encoder and GO!

Last year they had a closeout on xbox fighter CPs for $24...I picked up 4, used the xbox PCBs built in, replaced the joy and buttons with stuff from Happs, gave out as gifts to nephews and others, now the PCBs are one by one goin bad.

They don't appear to have any blanks for sale atm and their only fighter joy is PS2 for like $60 + ship.

I'm in the middle of replacing the xbox PCBs gone bad with RandyT's new keywhiz USB interfaces as soon as he gets the cables in......

Doesn't really answer your need but thought I would share.
