Title: Any interest in Atari trackball or micro joysticks?
Post by: Raven.. on February 14, 2005, 01:45:47 am
I met a guy this weekend who has a ton of Atari 2600 and Atari computer stuff.  Including a couple of trackball controllers, an original dedicated Track and Field controller, wireless remote controll sticks, and a pair of Amiga Powersticks (those tiny little joysticks).

Let me know if there is any interest, and I'll let him know.

Hey, I wouldn't mind dropping a couple bucks on that Track and Field controller... I grabbed the game at a thrift a couple months back for .80!  :)

I'm interested in the wireless controllers and trackball.  How does the wireless work? (radio, IR, etc...)
How does the tball compare to a regular arcade?

I've got a few of the Atari trackballs that work with the 2600, 7800, and Atari 8-bit computers.  They are lighter weight than the arcade.  They have a switch to toggle between joystick and trackball mode.

These are not my items, so I really have no answers for you.  Make realistic offers on the stuff and I will forward you email addys to the guy has them.  I just told him I would put out feelers since this stuff is a little unusual to try and sell.

Thanks!
