Yeah....that game you linked to, Mr C. was maybe the worst game ever :)
From what I could gather the moral of the story is kill the teletubbies. They are the threat.

I couldn't break the 5 second mark in this game, then all of a sudden I got a whopping 19.094 seconds!
Who will challenge me!?
-
I was doing it at work earlier. I couldn't get better than 17 seconds. I got 17.xxx quite a few times. I just tried it at home and got 21.562 on my first try and it seemed much easier. I think it's the mouse. I've got a regular MS Intellimouse Optical at work and a new Logitech MX 1000 laser mouse at home.

I've been averaging between 25-27 seconds.
Joy Monkey, it appears as if the gauntlet has been used to smack you across the face before being thrown down.

Mother of god.....is that from memorization? It speeds up on my machine to totally impossible before 30 seconds. I know because it keeps going after I get a game over. I did notice, though, that the game slowed down when my PC and internet was really busy (bit torrent and encoding a DVD to a DIVX file). Any chance you're working on a Pentium II?

There's something of a pattern to it...I'll see if I can rememberize where to move to around your time.
And I'm running an AMD 1800.
I was a second and some change from a minute....I wanna see if it rolls over so I can take a screen shot and print T-shirts of it ;)

This is so ghey....like using the patterns for PacMan, but here:
straight down
upper left
lower right
back to middle-ish
lower left
back to middle-ish
should take you to about your current score - after that:
straight down
lower left
lower right
and after that it's too fast for me to tell you....oil up yer reflexes, it's prolly gotta be an "I'm in the zone" thing, because now I can't get past 36 :-\

Checking the title of this thread, I think it actually may be my Spidey sense making my skin crawl when I get too close to one of you ;) ;D
Nah, actually, I'm betting it's a combination of things.
The timer seems to be WAY too fast, like it's counting almost a second and a half to two seconds for every second of actual time (you prolly THINK it's accurate because it gets going the way it does); it DOES have to do with "being in the zone" (check the pic below - it hit me all of a sudden), and it seems to me, IIRC, that I was essentially just doing a small-ish figure 8 when I got to a certain point when getting this latest time.
And I found out this works better to start with:
straight down
upper left until the skinny long one is headed your way
lower left
middle and figure eights and other evasive moves

that beats my high of 68.37
