Title: Help! Playstation 2 Jamma Monitor Adapter
Post by: mk4002 on February 09, 2005, 10:44:58 am
Hi. I've been trying to connect my Playstation 2 to my arcade video monitor for a while now with no success. I've read all of the info from mameworld (http://www.mameworld.net/pc2jamma/arc_sat1.html) on how to make an adaptor for this purpose. I haven't been able to locate all of the necessary components nor do I have the electronics experience to make one of these myself. Does anyone here know where I could purchase one of these adapters already assembled, or know someone who might be able to make one for me. (For a reasonable price of course) I would very much appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I've seen them before, but they're a bit pricey and don't seem to do what I really need. I'm just looking for a simple cable adapter like the one described at the mameworld website so I can just plug the PS2 onto the Jamma connector in my arcade cabinet. (Just the video only, I already took care of the controls) If someone knows how to put one of these video circuits together I would very much apreciate it. I will gladly compensate them for their time and effort of course. I will be needing one of these pretty soon. Any help on this will be greatly apreciated.
