Just FYI....>Target has a 27 inch tv for 149.99 that is 25 inches in width, maintains the same audio input when turned off, and will power back on when unplugged/plugged.

Man thanks. I was just headed out the door to Best Buy to check out some of their tvs but I have a Target right around the corner. Didn't even think to go there. Thanks again. ;D

Thats the one............however, the width is not 26 inches. A rep at Circuit City measured it and it was 25 inches.
-
I picked one of those up on Monday at Circuit City. Mine is indeed 26 inches wide at the widest spot. I haven't tested the picture yet, but it looks like it will make a great monitor for a mame cab.
-
Since it is indeed 26 inches, and I am putting it in the Project Arcade books standard cab which is 26 inches, do you think there will be a heat problem? Should some fans be placed in the rear for circulation? Keep in mind that I cannot widen the cab at this point.
-
Aventura?
If this is the one I'm thinking of, the picture looked pretty poor...

Thanks for the info!

I've had mine up and running in my cab for about a week now and I have no complaints about the quality of the s-vid picture. Of course windows is a bit hard to read, but that's to be expected.
For the price ($149) I have no complaints.

Too bad it doesn't have component inputs. I may have picked one up.
