$55+$5 shipping anywhere in the US.I am also including an extra ps2 component cable(worth $20 from eb games..normally not included).I dont really need this anymore cuz I bought that $200 x2rgb upscan converter.

Where did you get the XRGB2?  Since mine broke, I've been on the lookout. 

BTW: you may want to keep the VD-Z3 (I have one too) as the XRGB2+ will not transcode a high def (480p) signal.
