Not far from me, but there's way too much crap in there for that price.

You know, "cheese stool" could be taken the wrong way, if you haven't looked at the pictures.  Eeeww!

Very little, unless you want to put toys in boxes or something.

I think the stool was actually the controller for some kind of cheese game. Bizarre!

I know that game.  It's a kids' game, they have one like it at Chuck E Cheese here.  It only has one big, lit button.

If it doesn't sell, (though it probably will), i might consider making him a lower offer.  Is anyone interested in anything from that lot individually?

I am...  I'm sure we could work something out for a couple of those things if you got them cheap enough.

I didn't realize that a u-haul would cost me $750.  Any one near LI, or NYC want to lend me a truck? lol

Oh well, what can you do...

Is someone going to contact the guy?  I don't have a vehicle than can move more than 1 cabinet, and I don't have 2 grand to drop on a batch of cabs when I only want 2 or 3 of them.

I asked him ahead of time if he would break it up if it didnt sell and he said no
might be worth another shot

I offered him $1000, he said he would take $1600.  I was debating, figured selling half would come close to covering that.  I would guess MOST of the non working units just need a PS or CK.   Until I realised with 1.59 a mile, and the day charge and the insurance, and the taxes and the tolls, I was looking at about another $750 to transport.  If anyone wants to try to work this out with a bunch of us here together, count me in.  I could get a few home in a trailer.

The reason he won't split this up is that he'll end up with the just the crap/broken machines on his hands and no way to sell it off. This way he's getting someone to haul off his junk!

***DISCLAIMER: The above is just my opinion***   ;D

wow, only interested in the lucky and wild though.  I only live a half hour away. If it doesn't sell, I might make an offer.

I could help move 1 or two myself, depending on where they had to go.  I could certainly help with loading, etc.  I just don't have a vehicle that can handle towing or a place to store that many machines while we parse them out.  I certainly would like a couple of those, but probably the same ones everyone else wants.

He was going to buy a bulk lot off ebay over the summer, and had made arrangements to sell most of them to folks here, myself included.  The seller blew him off and he was stuck with some very annoyed folks.

I know I'm a couple days late on this, but if you had some small boxes, you could use the cigarette machine as a token dispenser.

At 10x the trouble and 5x the size of a real dispenser... not to mention a machine that was used to distribute an addictive, deadly product to thousands of people.

I wouldn't want one.
