I posted a while back that I was going to get a showcase cab for $100, well, I got it today! For the price I expected it to be thrashed, but I was pleasantly suprised.
It's in great shape, just needs to be repainted, has all the panels, the glass in the front (not plexi but actual glass), and the control podium, complete with a stick and buttons (old Tekken or Tekken 2 cab), and 4 player coindoor/mechs! I am QUITE thrilled!
What do you think of THAT deal???

Damn dude..where the hell do you live?..I am trying to get one that cost like over $500 with working arcade monitor and cab in great condition.Anyhow..got a pic or somethin?
I think the deal was great as you can just add a tv in there and ..... err....thats it..mame cabinet :).

I'll put up some pics when I have the chance... I'm also in the middle of moving, so I don't even know where my digicam is right now... :)

Ok, I have a few pics now... The display portion has the front and back panels, I just don't have them installed right now. The podium has a stick and buttons, the speakers, and the complete coin mechs...

$100? I'm jealous. Not that I have room for one. :-\ That looks like an awsome steal.
