God I hate Outpost.com. I ordered that ****ing motherboard there over a month ago and the piece of **** is still on backorder. I called them and the woman said that there was no date for when the shipment was to come in and practically hung up on me. I called back and raised hell, and was moved to the front of the list when the shipment comes. By the way, this is the duron/mobo combo from a few months back. I'm just so p!ssed off, waiting for this thing is slowing up my entire project.

I would canel the order and get it locally or from another online source.

In most occasions I would say better service over low prices, but right now I am an extremely poor teenager and am trying to get by incredibly cheap on this one. Whattya expect? I'm a busboy.

Built an entire computer including case on Newegg.com for $287. Give them a look. They ship very quickly, not to mention sometimes offer FREE fedex express saver shipping on certain items. I've yet to order from anywhere else. If they send you a peice of junk that doesn't work, or if it's damaged in shipping, they'll take it back and send you a brand new one. Great service. :) Made my MAME PC with parts only from Newegg, and it was well-worth it.

I am going Newegg for the rest of my stuff, just ordered the motherboard and processor from outpost...hopefully the thing will ship soon,

You know what's really funny? The first call, the lady told you they're waiting on new shipments, the second call, you said after raising hell, they "moved you to the front of the line".
They just basically said "we'll ship yours when they come in" but worded it differently the second time, and, if I read you correctly, that was enough to assuage you ;D
I'm not trying to pick on you or goof on you, I'm just saying I'd call up and cancel the order. You can find similar deals at NewEgg, who I also recommend. I've built 5 systems with parts bought from them, and even returning stuff with them is easier than your local brick-n-mortar store.
Their prices, while they CAN be beat elsewhere on CERTAIN things, are just as good, if not better, after factoring in shipping costs and headache costs when dealing with other places. NewEgg is quite simply the place you should be going to, and if not, you're taking your chances and inviting frustration.
I looked at NewEgg when that deal came out, and they had a similar setup for $65. I was still going to pick up one of those mobo combos for the price, but now I'm glad they ran out before I could place my order. The additional money and lack of a hassle/headache will be worth the few extra bucks I'll pay.
Oh, and in case no one else has learned it yet, when that site says "call for availability", it means they're out of stock on that item, don't expect it in soon, and want to sell you on another, more expensive item. If it doesn't say "IN STOCK" with them, don't order it.
Seriously, they may NEVER get more of those in stock, and they WON'T call you to tell you that. They'll wait...eventually you'll call them all pissed off again.
Make that call tomorrow. Cancel the order. Go to NewEgg. Bunk on your busboy line too. Earlier you were telling us how the job paid great. Pick up a few extra nights and go to NewEgg.

I bought that mobo/duron combo a couple of months back and I have no idea why (I need to stop making these 'this offer is too good to pass up, I'll surely use it in the future' purchases).
If you want it, I'll give it to you for whatever I paid for it. PM me.

I once had to wait 3 months for a special video cable to arrive from America. >:(
It was worth it though.

By the time you actually get the motherboard, maybe $50 wont be a good price anymore. I'd go newegg.
