Title: ArcadeVGA Output testing

Does anyone know a way to test the ouptut from an ArcadeVGA card with a multimeter to see if it is outputing correctly?  For example is there a test program or something that you can run that outputs a certain voltage to the Red, Green, Blue, H/V sync ouptuts on the arcadeVGA card to ensure the card is working properly.  Thanks for any help.
