Title: Sound with ARCADEOS, but none with MAME???

Hello.  I can't seem to get sound to work in both ADVMame and DOSMame.  I am using complete DOS (no windows) with a Sound Blaster 16PCI soundcard and the sound works fine in ARCADEOS, but as soon as it goes to run a game in either ADVMame or DOSMame, there is no sound.

Is there something else I need to configure for mame for this work properly???
I tried searching the in-game MAME menu, but didn't see anything regarding
sound.

did you enable sound in ADVMAME.RC for Advmame and MAME.CFG for DOSMAME ?
