Title: Working thru a component video ATI configuration
Post by: MrKState on January 30, 2005, 02:38:30 pm
Getting a reasonable diplay via a Standard US TV thru component video outputs using an ATI RADEON powered video card has been THE most frustrating part of building a MAME cabinet.

Read thru hundreds of forum pages on how good the display is during MAME game play.

What are the items that impact the performance of the Windows video drivers?

Which areas of the setting do we need to focus on for own hardware combinations?

Tried to read up on the scan settings - however - cannot find much to educate me on what effects which part of the solution.

Any/All assistance (HELP !!) is greatly appreciated.

System Details :

   AMD Sempron 2800+ Retail CPU

Television
   JVC AV27530 27" w/ Component Video Inputs
