Located in San Antonio, Texas off of 1604....Need to clear some space in the garage & pay some bills. Good condition except for external bottom rear damages during shipping. The header was also damaged also; I had to make a box for the speakers. Nothing fancy but it works. Also the control panel is not included with the cabinet, I had it fabricated and will be using it for future projects. Little mods I've made are, it can accept a standard VGA input, stereo input and stereo output. To clarify the VGA, I used my XRGB-2plus with Playstation & Xbox. If there are any question or email dnphamus13@yahoo.com. I don't have a digital camera so I'm unable to take pictures. Asking $500 OBO

whooops...this is the last one

if I lived in the US - I'd be all over this so quick it'd make Speedy Gonzales look like an old aged pensioner walking to a bus stop
very nice cab you have there

That is almost exactly what I am looking for to transplant my NAOMI system (just doesn't look right on my little spare VGA monitor)... sadly, I am over budget for the past two months (bought 2 cabinets, a couple of boardsets and have another cabinet pending) and I am far, far away.
For anybody interested, I have bought from dnphamus on eBay before and was very pleased.
Cheers.
-
I'm actually within driving distance, but I just can't afford the space right now. I just started a new MAME project and now there's no room (or money). Good luck with it, though.
-
before work bump.........
thanks for all the good words fellas
-
why do I keep coming back and drooling over this cabinet ? ?
I've only ever played on one of these cabs in the UK, and $500 ! thats like
-
Dam I wish :(
IF you wjhere closer I would purchase it.
-
What are the basic dimensions on that thing? Does it break into sections? How much does it weigh?
Maybe I'm interested after all. Is there anything you're looking for? I've got buttloads of stuff.
PM Sent.
*UPDATE* Found one online. They're roughly, 3ft x 4ft x almost 6ft and weight in around 315 pounds. That thing is never making it up the stairs... Does it break into sections, though? Perhaps there's still hope!
-
I'm trying to convince myself that I have space and that I really need this thing.
Got any pictures without the control panel? If there's a large plastic chunk missing that I'm going to need, the rest of the machine doesn't do me a wholew lot of good. I don't really want to slap a wooden control panel onto a big plastic machine.
-
I believe he said in the first post that the CP is NOT included. Is that right? So you would need to build one for it.

Plus I just fired off an email to Coin Op Express to see if they'll sell just a control panel.
You should PM Gozur quick, and buy his panel $90 its a steal for complete sanwa parts!

It seems everyone has a different opion as to what "control panel" means.
I read it as meaning the entire blue surround with insert. Other people read it to include just the insert.
Gozur is selling just the insert. I'm afraid I'll be missing the entire surrounding portion as well, though.
-
Did dnphamus send you a pic without the control panel? I doubt he is taking the blue housing as well (thats part of the cabinet). There is no way you will be able to replace that.
-
That blue housing is the portion I'm concerned about losing.
If this thing doesn't come apart, though, it'll never make it inside the house. I'm still trying to figure that out.
Hmmm... I just noticed the buttons installed directly into the blue frame. :-\
-
Questions & Answers; The deminsions are 55 1/2" H x 35 1/4" W x 47" D; Depth is from the rear to the control panel. As for the weight, alot. It's on wheels. Two guys that go to the gym and lift weights, can get it up.
As for the control panel; i'm referring to the "insert" that you can swap out with other sega, konami or capcom candy cabs.
As for the buttons on the blue part, I had a X-Arcade "insert" fabricated and it was not feasible to have 2 joysticks, 20 buttons & the pcb on it. So, I had to put the start & select buttons directly on the cab.
As for more pics....well I took that camera back to Wal-Mart.
As for does it come apart. Yep.....That how I ran all the extra cables & such. I'd say for you to take it apart, move it and put it back together will take a day. At my old place it fit through the main doors, few stratches. But getting it into a room door....I had to be pretty creative. See pics....The pic with the red & green lines. Where the green line is thats where it comes apart, but where the red lin is that is where there is a botton board that the wheels & various other components are attached to and that bottom board does not come off. From the back to the board is about 36". The pic where there is only the red line, is where the are a pair of mounting bars for the front part of the cab and those don't come of either, From the back to these bars is about 25". Well to make this story short, to put it in the room; i had to take it apart, lay it on its side, push the top portion in the room first as far as it could go, turn it to the left or right and finish pushing it into the room.....It like putting something shaped like an "L" into a hole. Yeah thats it.............
-
So if I'm conservative I'd have to say that the main portion, even after taken apart, is probably still 200 pounds. That's the weight of a normal cab all by itself.
I'll never get that up the stairs... :'(

Friday Night Bump

I'm in Corpus Christi, but have neither money to start another project or the space. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
-
another weekend bump............
-
Yeah that thing won't make it up the stairs, and if I can't get it into the house than I can't keep it. The garage is full. I'll have to retract my interest in it. Thanks, anyways. Good luck on selling it. It's pretty darn cool.
-
ship to UK ;D
I'd have to remove an entire doorframe, move about 9 cabs out of the way, convince my g/f not to leave me etc etc
I'm really surprised this cab hasn't been sold

another bumb
-
WTF - this is still NOT sold ? ? ???
ya know, if this is still here when I get back from Japan . . . .well . . . .you never do know
-
Ok, just to clarify this completely......can you take a picture of EXACTLY what is included. Meaning, if the CP is not included, take it off and show what the buyer is getting.
Thanks!
-
Well, i took that camera back to walmart many moons ago, but i black out what it not included using MS Paint. This should clarify things a little
-
What about the blue panel that covers the gaping hole between the missing CP and the monitor? (Shown in one of your other pics, but not this one)

serious question - would you consider looking at pricing shipping this to the UK - I am utterly amazed you haven't sold this

I recieved a reasonable offer yesterday on it. If it doesn't pan out I'll consided it. To let you know i have no way of taking it to a port or loading dock. It would have to be picked up from my place. For the most part I'm worried about it being damaged during shipping and the buyer saying I sold him junk...........
-
I'd have offered, but the shipping on it would kill me....well whats left of me after the wife would be done. ;D

I'd take it if I could fit it into my house.
