I don't see a picture.... maybe its just me but you might wanna make sure it's attached correctly.

Either way, my answer is "C"  or "false"       Either one is good :)

Can't actually see the connector / harness in that pic. It somewhat looks like a Ninja Gaiden JAMMA board I have, but without  seeing the connector, I don't think we can tell you if it is JAMMA or not.
