Title: Midway optical stick

Does anyone know what kind of joystick this is?  It has the Midway logo printed under the dust disc.  At first glance I thought it was a regular 8-way but it has optical sensors in it and some boards.  If anyone knows what it is and could use it, I'd sell or trade it.  Make me an offer.

Not looking for one but it is a 49 way joystick made for games like Gauntlet Legends.
