I just got done wireing up my control panel to the ipac2. Here is a picture of my control panel:

The left joystick and buttons are wired to the 1 player inputs. The red 4way stick and buttons are also wired to the 1 player inputs. The right joystick and buttons are wired to the 2player inputs. Everything is wired correctly. When i try to scroll down the list in mamewah, i will push up on the red jostick and the thing will start scrolling to the list repeatedly till it gets to the bottom it doesnt stop, as if it were sticking. The left stick wont even work. My buttons on my left stick wont work either. Whats wrong?>? Everything works when i use my keyboard....
Here are some more pics:

Well I cant see the pics, but are all the switches wired up the same way? - also check for loose connections. I had a similar problem then I wired up my panel, it turned out that the joysticks were not made very well :( - got it sorted though :)

what do you mean are they all wired up the same way? Does it matter ? I know there are the ground, then the other two prongs. Do i have to pick a prong and stick with it for all the controls? The pics should work now.

The positive wire goes on the NO (Normally Open) prong. It is the one closest to the ground prong. Also double check to make sure all the ground wires are connected to each other, it should be a continuous chain.
If you have changed the button configuration from the MAME default on your IPAC, make sure you change the inputs in MAME and MAMEWAH.
